Tulipa batalinii Bright Gem

Like little beacons in the garden, these delicate, butterscotch sulphur-yellow flowers are variably flushed warm orange with a tinge of raspberry above broad, shiny leaves. As it matures and in differing sunlight, Bright Gem may appear more yellow or butterscotchy. Tulip Class: Species. Bulb size: 5 to 6 cm. April/May. HZ: 3-8. Height: 6".
