One can never plant enough Allium. Beyond the colossal globe Allium, there are many other varieties with differing heights, bloom times, colors and forms. Here are four of our favorites that we think should be in every garden. Deer-, rabbit- and rodent-resistant, these Allium are adored by bees, butterflies and beneficial pollinators. And, they are terrific cut flowers for creative summer arrangements.
