This color-shifting magician has incredibly lush, fully double flowers that open lustrous golden-yellow with variable striations of tangerine-orange and red. As these Peony-like flowers mature, their color morphs into orange with variable scarlet striations. Tulip Class: Peony Flowering (Double Late). Bulb size: 12 cm/up. Late April. HZ: 3-7. 16" to 18".

Their large, fully double blooms are superb for both the garden and for cut flower arrangements. Note: Insufficiently cold winters, winters with inconsistent cold temperatures and poor snow cover or raised bed plantings may result in Peony Flowering Tulips blooming in a single form due to poor root formation.
