Narcissus Angel's Whisper
(5 Y-Y) Circa 1997, this free-flowering Glenbrook Bulb Farm hybrid can yield up to five, dainty, 1” flowers per stem. The reflexed perianth is light greenish-yellow with slightly darker, waisted, bell-shaped cups. A cross of N. triandrus subsp. triandrus and N. fernandesii, lightly fragrant Angel’s Whisper is an ADS Miniature. Narcissus Class: Triandrus (Royal Horticultural Society Division 5). Bulb size: 9 cm/up. April/May. HZ: 4-9. Height: 8" to 10”.

Triandrus Narcissi
Bearing two or more pendant flowers per stem with slender foliage, Triandrus Narcissi are fragrant and graceful with small, cap-like cups and reflexed perianth segments. They are known to naturalize well in semi-shady areas. They are also much loved for the fact that deer and rodents do not like to eat them!
All Narcissi tolerate a wide range of sunlight from full sun to semi-shade. Varieties with pink cups should be grown in areas of filtered sunlight. Narcissi prefer well-draining soil, hate to get wet feet and love to be fed with a 4-10-6 or 5-10-5 granular organic flower bulb fertilizer three times a year. Allow the foliage to thrive and die back naturally without braiding or premature removal. Bulb size: DNII. Bloom time in horticultural zone 5: April/May. Plant 6" to 8" deep and 6" apart. Horticultural zones 4-9. Height: 14" to 16" depending on the variety. Narcissus classification: Royal Horticultural Division 5.
