Fritillaria persica
Circa 1585, this showy, statuesque variety creates a focal point in late spring display gardens. It offers a profusion
of plum-colored, pendant bell-shaped flowers on strong 30” stalks above blue-green, wavy foliage. It prefers rich,
well-draining soil and good sunlight. We prefer to plant them in minimum clusters of three. They are beautiful by themselves are interplanted in a special mixture with F. persica alba Ivory Bells.
